The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has named Niyi Aderibigbe, Head of Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications at Transcorp Hotels Plc, the Hospitality Spokesperson of the Year at the 2025 National Spokespersons Awards, held in Abuja on April 16.
In a night dedicated to honouring the architects behind Nigeria’s most trusted voices, Aderibigbe’s recognition stood tall, not just for its prestige but for what it represents: a consistent, strategic voice shaping the face of hospitality communications in Nigeria.
Known for his deft handling of brand storytelling and stakeholder engagement, Aderibigbe has led campaigns that have elevated Transcorp Hilton Abuja and Aura by Transcorp Hotels into more than just service brands; they are now industry benchmarks for trust, experience, and innovation.
This award adds to his growing list of accolades, including back-to-back recognition as one of Nigeria’s Top 50 PR Professionals. His work reflects a commitment to not only pushing brand visibility but also deepening public trust in the hospitality sector.
Other standout honourees at the event included Dr. Fabian Benjamin of JAMB and Olufemi Soneye of NNPC Ltd., who clinched the coveted Spokesperson of the Year title.
