PwC Nigeria Donates N9 Million to Five Charities in Health, Education & Social Inclusion

PwC Nigeria has reaffirmed its commitment to social impact by donating N9 million to five charities focused on health, education, and social inclusion through its annual 5for5 Charity Drive. Now in its eighth year, the initiative aligns with PwC Africa’s broader purpose of supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), furthering the firm’s mission to build trust and create a sustainable impact in communities.

As part of the donation process, PwC representatives visited the beneficiary organisations in Lagos and Abuja, engaging with them to understand their work, impact, and how future collaborations could strengthen long-term social transformation. The selected charities were nominated and voted for by PwC staff, with funding provided through voluntary contributions from employees and partners.
PwC Nigeria’s Corporate Responsibility Partner, Obioma Ubah, highlighted the firm’s dedication to supporting organisations that make a tangible difference.
“For eight years, the 5for5 initiative has backed charities that are actively driving meaningful change in health, education, and social inclusion. This year’s recipients are making a significant impact, and we are proud to contribute to their missions,” Ubah stated.
