Samsung Unveils Galaxy A56 5G, A36 5G, and A26 5G with AI-Powered Features and Enhanced Durability
Samsung has officially introduced its latest Galaxy A series smartphones: the Galaxy A56 5G, the Galaxy A36 5G, and the Galaxy A26 5G, offering cutting-edge AI capabilities, improved durability, and long-lasting performance. These new devices mark a significant leap in Samsung’s commitment to making AI-powered mobile experiences more accessible while maintaining robust security and extended software support.
For the first time, Awesome Intelligence, Samsung’s exclusive AI-driven suite of tools, is integrated into the Galaxy A series. Powered by One UI 7, these AI features enhance user experiences through intelligent search and creative tools designed to simplify everyday tasks.
According to Tae Sun Lee, CEO of Samsung Electronics West Africa, the introduction of AI to the Galaxy A series aligns with Samsung’s vision of making “AI for all.” He stated:

One of the most notable AI-powered features is Google’s enhanced Circle to Search, making it easier to search for information directly from the screen.
Oge Maduagwu, Head of Marketing at Samsung Electronics West Africa, explained:
“With the latest upgrades, users can now search and take action seamlessly. The feature can recognise phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs instantly, allowing users to interact with information without switching apps.”
Additionally, the new music recognition capability enables users to identify songs playing on social media or around them simply by long-pressing the navigation bar and selecting the music search option.

The new Galaxy A series smartphones boast a triple-camera system with a 50MP main lens on all models, along with advanced visual editing tools that elevate mobile photography.
Exclusive to the Galaxy A56 5G, the Best Face feature enables users to refine group shots by selecting the best expressions for up to five people in a single image. The Nightography upgrade also improves low-light photography with Low Noise Mode on the selfie camera and wide-angle lens.

For the first time, the Galaxy A26 5G joins its A36 5G and A56 5G counterparts in offering IP67 water and dust resistance, providing enhanced protection against spills, dust, and minor water exposure. Additionally, Samsung has incorporated an advanced Corning Glass cover, ensuring durability against scratches and cracks.
With cyber threats on the rise, Samsung Knox Vault delivers an extra layer of security, safeguarding sensitive data while giving users more control over their privacy settings. Features such as Theft Detection and Advanced Security Settings provide users with holistic device protection.
