The official launch ceremony, held at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Secretariat Complex, Ogurube Layout, Umuahia, was attended by top government officials, technology partners, and key stakeholders. Leading the event was His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, Executive Governor of Abia State, who emphasised the critical role of technology in governance, economic development, and public service efficiency.
