Prof. Bolajoko, Stanislaus Martins, 4 Others Unveiled As Judges Of ADVAN African Awards For Marketing Excellence

The Advertisers’ Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) has unveiled judges for its Africa Awards for Marketing Excellence, which will take place on February 22, 2025.

The event which is billed to commennce by 5 PM at the Admiralty Conference Centre, Naval Dockyard, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos, is recognized as the most prestigious marketing award in Africa, focused on innovation, and impact in the marketing industry.

The lined-up judges include Prof. Bolajoko Nkemdinim Dixon-Ogbechi, Professor of Marketing & Decision Scie, Head, Department of Business Administration, University of Lagos; Stanislaus Martins, President of the Asscoiation of Digital Marketing Professionals; Dr. Ikechukwu Obiaya, Dean II School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University; Toruka Osadunkwu, Brand and Marketing Communications Expert; Kanayo Bardi, Aigle Solutions Expert, Nigeria & Ghana Kantar; and Saidat Lawal Mohammed, Head of Executive Education, China/Europe International Business School.

The 2025 theme which is “Controlled Chaos: Mastering Marketing in a Hyper-Connected World” reflects the rapidly evolving marketing landscape, where brands must navigate fragmented consumer attention, unpredictable trends, and overwhelming digital content.

The event will host top marketing professionals, government officials, industry leaders, and CEOs of multinational corporations, making it a key gathering for Africa’s marketing elite.

ADVAN, as the umbrella body for advertisers in Nigeria, represents a wide spectrum of organizations ranging from multinationals to SMEs. It is a member of the World Federation of Advertisers, working tirelessly to enhance Nigeria’s marketing sector through advocacy, global collaboration, and innovation.
